Reports directly to the owner
Although this area of work is open to all 4 or 5 year course graduates, a degree in the following subjects may increase your chances:
1. Engineering (any field);
2. Accounting
3. MBA (with any four year degree).
Experience:
At least 1 year of production experience in ANY industry is desirable. Applicants with aviation background or knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to show evidence of the following:
Ability to identify some types of military aircraft a plus, but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Tagalog)

Job description:
The position is involved with the planning, coordination and control of industrial processes.
Ensures that goods and services are produced efficiently;
that they are of the utmost quality, quantity, and cost;
and that they are produced on time, to the satisfaction of the customer.
The tasks typically involve:
overseeing the production process,drawing up a production schedule;
ensuring that the production is cost effective;
making sure that products are produced on time and are of excellent quality;
working out the human and material resources needed;
drafting a timescale for the job;
estimating costs and setting the quality standards;
monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs;
liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;
working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;
supervising and motivating a team of workers;
reviewing the performance of subordinates;
identifying training needs.
The position will be involved in both the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage, up to (but not limited to) final quality control inspection. A large part of production management involves dealing with people, particularly those who work in your team.
